A Master is trained to receive and transmit Reiki, and they are the absolute best for this type of thing.

You need to find a Master in the proper area, where you live, preferably close to your home. One of the advantages of distance Masters is that you can use them when you need to. I’ve had a few people ask me when they’re ready to go out of town, and I tell them to come in the next week. Usually they do fine, but there’s always a couple of people that have problems.

My next step is usually to talk to them about the possibility of using the internet for Reiki treatment. They get excited about the idea, but ask me first if it’s safe. Well, in general I say yes. However, since I don’t do Reiki over the internet, and since I’m working with a Master who has had their distance experience approved by the local regulatory body, I have a high level of confidence in the safety of the treatment.

However, it’s very important to consider the fact that Reiki distance healing is not something that can be done “over the internet” like playing online games or ordering pizza. You should be aware that when you’re on the internet you’re vulnerable to all kinds of scams, including phishing sites. It would be a good idea to spend a little bit of your time researching the practitioner before signing up for a treatment session. If you are cautious and do your homework, you’ll find the best practitioner for the best price.

Start Sending Reiki

Once you’ve found a Master in the distance area that you feel comfortable with, you’re ready to start sending Reiki. The internet makes it easy to send Reiki long distance, so you can be free to do other things while you wait for your Reiki to be provided. You’ll want to keep your distance healing sessions at a reasonable length. Try to make them every three weeks or so.
